YLEISET OSTOEHDOT

Ostoehdot soveltuvat kaikkiin kuluttajan osoitteessa amarelia.fi kautta tekemiin ostotapahtumiin. Ostoehtoja sovelletaan myös kaikkiin Amarelian tarjoamiin kursseihin sekä hoitoihin.

Ostosopimus syntyy, kun olet tehnyt verkkosivulla tilauksen ja vastaanottanut tilausvahvistuksen. Kursseilla ja hoidoissa ostosopimus syntyy kun olet vastaanottanut palveluntuottajalta tilausvahvistuksen.

Peruuttamattomista tilauksista (hoidot, kurssit) on palveluntarjoajalla oikeus veloittaa 50% palvelun hinnasta.

Sinun tulee olla 18 vuotta täyttänyt, kun teet ostoksia verkkokaupassamme.

Maksullisiin palveluihin luodut tunnukset ovat henkilökohtaisia ja niiden luovuttaminen toiselle tai minkäänlainen jakaminen on kielletty. Väärinkäytökset johtavat tilin sulkemiseen, oikeustoimiin ja korvausvaatimuksiin. Toisen henkilön luomien tunnusten käyttäminen tulkitaan petoksena, joka johtaa vastaavasti oikeustoimiin ja josta voidaan tuomita sakkorangaistukseen / korvausvelvollisuuteen aiheutetun taloudellisen vahingon osalta.

 

HINNAT

Kaikki hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron ja muut mahdolliset maksut. Kokonaishinta kerrotaan aina ennen tilausta. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen muutoksiin erityistilanteissa.

 

MAKSAMINEN

Maksaminen tapahtuu pankki,- tai luottokortilla. Ei palautus-, tai vaihto-oikeutta.

 

VASTUU

Vastuu oman terveydentilan arvioimisesta on kuluttajalla itsellään. Amarelia palvelun tuottajana ei ole vastuussa palvelun tai tuotteen mahdollisista terveysvaikutuksista.

GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE

The terms of purchase apply to all purchases made by the consumer at amarelia.fi. The purchase conditions also apply to all courses and treatments offered by Amarelia.

A purchase contract is created when you have placed an order on the website and received the order confirmation. For courses and treatments, the purchase contract is created when you have received the order confirmation from the service provider.

​

For non-cancelable orders (treatments, courses), the service provider has the right to charge 50% of the price of the service.

​

You must be 18 years of age or older when shopping in our online store.

IDs created for paid services are personal and handing them over to others or sharing them in any way is prohibited. Abuses lead to account closure, legal action and compensation claims. Using identifiers created by another person is interpreted as fraud, which leads to legal action and can be sentenced to a fine/compensation obligation for the financial damage caused.

 

TARIFF

All prices include VAT and other possible charges. The total price is always stated before ordering. We reserve the right to change prices in special situations.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is made by bank or credit card. No return or exchange right.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

The consumer is responsible for evaluating his own health status. As the service provider, Amarelia is not responsible for the possible health effects of the service or product.
